We're alive pulp cover!!!! (WIP)

This is an illustration with the idea of working as a pulp magazine cover. I had the idea of doing it inspired by the amazing work of the cast and crew that have created the Zombie Podcast- We're alive a story of survival. I picked Riley as the one character I wanted to illustrate. I also focused a little bit on the part where she faces a behemoth in the arena. This is just my version of how I see Riley in my head whenever I listen to the podcast. My good friend and great model Ashely helped me with the reference. This will eventually be an oil painting.

Digital painting

This is second illustration I have fully finished using Photoshop. It is still a big mystery to me but it is great to learn little by little about painting digitally.

Kinetic Type

This is my first project done in After Effects. Since I couldn't stop listening to this song I used it for this project.

Metamorphosis

Gulliver's Travels

Study of size relationships between multiple figures. Pen and ink on 18 x 24 brown paper.

Explosion

Study of motion trough several stages of an exploding body. This is a 30 x 20 pen and ink drawing on watercolor paper pasted on black board.

Master Copy

Bouguereau's paintings have always inspired me. I decided to copy one of his paintings "After the Bath" to exercise my photoshop skills. I tried to paint this with a lot of textures instead of using the usual smooth brush.
