Still Life

This is one of the illustrations I am most proud of. It was very challenging and very frustrating at times. I feel that I knew how to use illustrator before working on this image. However, I felt even more comfortable with the program and with my skills after finishing this illustration. I feel like I learned so much about the program and about my abilities when I was done with it. It took me over 50 hours to finish it. It was a lot of work but I would gladly do it again in order to achieve even better results. This is all vector and I used gradients and the great Gradient Mesh Tool. Illustrator CS4.
